  • Drives sales to meet and exceed company’s goals.  This includes emailing, phoning, and face to face meetings.
  • Travel 50%+ to customer sites for sales meetings and customer service support. Provide all customer data, drawings knowledge and discussion details from face to face meetings.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly logs to management for transparency and analysis.
  • Coordinate provided leads as well as generate leads on your own.
  • Coordinate customer drawings into RFQ’s to quotes to sales orders alongside internal staff.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ yrs. Sales and/or Marketing Experience Preferred in custom optics
  • Knowledge of Photonics system and how optics fit into them
  • Bachelors' degree.
  • Outstanding People skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Maintain proficiency in the use of the personal computer Excel, PowerPoint and Word for Windows.
  • Results oriented.
  • Ability to target and prioritize key customers.
  • Proven success in time/territory management.
  • Must be able to work effectively in an unstructured environment with minimum supervision from a home based office.
  • Valid drivers' license and safe driving record.
